Refund and Cancellation Policy

We thank you and appreciate your buying of course with us. At Peoplecraft, we ensure that every participant experience satisfactory services while discovering, assessing and purchasing our self-paced or instructor led learning courses. With every online purchase, there are some terms and conditions that fall under Refund Policy. Kindly read the policy, process and conditions carefully as they provide you important guidelines and information about your rights and responsibilities as a participant. With the purchase of a training course on Peoplecraft, you also agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds for Online Training

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the training session, or change the training location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor sickness, or other force majeure events like floods, political instability, earthquakes, etc.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the participant will be processed through the same payment source that was used for payment within 8 to 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Peoplecraft.

• If Peoplecraft cancels any training session, we provide 100% refund to the participants.
• If participants cancel the registration before 8 days or more to the training session, we will deduct 10% of total paid fees and refund the remaining amount to them.
• If a participant cancels the registration within 8 days or less of the scheduled date for the training, no refunds will be made.

Refunds for Duplicate Payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the participant will be processed through the same payment source that was used for payment within 8 to 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Peoplecraft.
