Anil has almost ten years of experience in the field of Training and Development. He is the Director of Peoplecraft and is a training consultant to reputed clients like Ford, Sony, Tata, SAP Labs, Standard Chartered, L&T and EDS .

He conducts workshops to enhance both personal and team effectiveness. Most of his workshops are filled with experiential learning activities, mini projects, group exercises and management games. These workshops have consistently received a high rating from his clients and the participants.

In his previous assignment, he was heading the training function at Alcatel, Chennai where he set up the entire training department from scratch. His international experience includes working on training projects in Europe and in the US.

He has professional certifications in training from Alcatel University, Europe and in knowledge management from Eknowledgecenter, USA. He has also been trained from ISABS on behavioral sciences.

Anil is also a sportsman and has represented Alcatel, India at the Alcatel Olympics held at Oslo, Norway.
